3.2 Identity Verification (KYC)
ac99 follows an identity verification process to ensure security and prevent fraud. When requested, users may be required to submit the following documents:

- Proof of address (utility bill or bank statement)
- Documents confirming ownership of the payment method

3.3 Account Confidentiality

Financial Transactions
4.1 Deposits
The minimum deposit amount at ac99 is ৳200. Accepted payment methods are bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and other major commercial banks). Deposited funds are generally reflected in your account promptly.

4.2 Withdrawals
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Standard withdrawal processing time is 30 minutes to 3 hours, depending on the payment method and verification status.
- Withdrawal requests will generally be processed back to the same method used for the deposit.

4.3 Currency

5.2 Wagering Requirements
For the welcome bonus to become withdrawable, betting of 15 times the bonus amount must be completed (on the bonus amount only — not on the combined total of deposit and bonus). Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 15 = ৳15,000 in bets must be placed before withdrawal.
5.3 General Bonus Terms
- Each bonus offer may have a specific validity period. Unused bonuses will be cancelled after expiry.
- Claiming bonuses on multiple accounts from the same household or IP address is prohibited.
- Not all types of games can be played with bonus funds — the list of eligible games for a specific bonus will be communicated.
- ac99 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer.
- Bonus privileges will be cancelled if signs of fraud or system abuse are detected.
5.4 VIP Program
ac99 operates a loyalty program consisting of four VIP tiers. Each tier offers weekly cashback benefits:
- Bronze — up to 0.2% weekly cashback
- Silver — up to 0.4% weekly cashback
- Gold — up to 0.6% weekly cashback
- Platinum — up to 0.8% weekly cashback
The rules for tier advancement are determined by ac99 and may change at any time.
Gaming Code of Conduct & Prohibited Activities
6.1 Permitted Use
The ac99 platform may be used for personal entertainment purposes. Users must comply with all applicable laws and participate normally without disrupting the platform's operations.
6.2 Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account closure and forfeiture of funds:
- Playing games using software bots, automated tools, or artificial intelligence
- Exploiting system errors or bugs and disclosing them to others
- Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial activities
- Deceiving or attempting to manipulate other users
- Attempting to compromise the platform's security
- Creating multiple accounts to claim bonus benefits
- Betting on behalf of others or participating in professional syndicates
6.3 Game Results
All games on ac99 are operated using an independently verifiable Random Number Generator (RNG). If a technical error is found in the result of any game, the bets for that round will be cancelled and refunded.
Intellectual Property

12.1 Closure by the User

- If any part of these Terms is violated
- If evidence of fraud or deception is found
